Meet Our Team in Monticello, Minnesota
Kim has been with Omni Vision & Learning Center since the doors opened November 2011. She has brought with her 15+ years of customer service experience, as well as some at-home Vision Therapy experience. Kim is very passionate about Vision Therapy as she has two children who each have successfully completed a Vision Therapy program which has helped them excel in school. (One for convergence insufficiency and the other for amblyopia and depth perception) Kim loves working with the parents that contact Omni Vision & Learning Center; listening to them, answering any questions that they have about what Vision Therapy is, how it works and what the process is. She will also be the one to schedule the appointments. She loves seeing the kids come into the office and get the help they need to succeed in life. Kim enjoys getting to know the kids and hearing the progress they make during their program of care. “I can see that now” or “I’m not seeing two”! It’s wonderful to be part of each child’s success.
Jaime has been a Vision Therapist here at Omni since December 2011. She loves being part of an amazing team who is making a transformation in how people see the world. Jaime strongly values the success of each patient and knows the difference it can make in improving their lives.
In her spare time she enjoys participating in the endless activities the great outdoors of Minnesota has to offer, playing volleyball over the long winter months, trying new foods, being with family and friends, and most importantly spending time with her husband Mark and two children Alex and Alayna.
Amanda joined our team in February 2013. She comes to Omni Vision and Learning Center with experience being a reading tutor. She has a passion for reading and helping children experience the wonders that books can bring to them. She also has at-home vision therapy experience. Her son is being treated for convergence insufficiency, accommodative disorder, and ocular motor dysfunction in pursuits and saccades. With the at-home experience, she has been able to see the benefits that vision therapy can bring to a child and is excited to have the opportunity to help other children have the same success that her son has had. She is thankful to be part of a team that is so passionate about what they do and is excited to help children learn how to use their eyes!
Outside of Omni, Amanda likes to spend her time reading, running, camping, cooking, and spending time with her husband Justin and their three kids, Ava, Andrew, and Aynsley.
Tristan has been a Vision Therapist since March 2019. She loves being part of a team that is helping make a difference in the lives of others. Being a mother of children with special needs has encouraged her desire to be a vision therapist. Helping others is an incredibly rewarding feeling to her. Since her son was diagnosed with Autism, she has always known that she has wanted to help others who struggle. Also having two concussions, she understands how much vision makes an impact on feeling better. She loves growing, and learning at Omni. Her favorite part is the ability to work with so many wonderful people and coworkers.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time on the lake swimming and boating. She also enjoys snowmobiling, cooking, cleaning, listening to music and traveling. Her favorite is spending time with her husband Ryan, and their four boys, LaJon, Silas, Paxton and Keian.
Laura has been working at Omni since 2015. She has experience with home therapy with her youngest son, who was diagnosed with Amblyopia and Strabismus at 3 years old. She started bringing him to therapy when he was 4 years old. She is still working with him at home to help him to maintain and increase on the many skills he has obtained through Vision Therapy. Her favorite part of her job is constantly learning new skills and new information. Each patient and each session brings on a new discovery, a new challenge, and a new accomplishment. She values each patient individually and enjoys the customized approach that Omni allows her to use during therapy. She loves being a part of a work place that is so passionate about what they do and who have a genuine love for helping people learn how to use their visual system more efficiently and improve their quality of life.
When Laura is not at Omni, she enjoys being with her husband and 4 boys. She also enjoys reading, running, traveling, volunteering at her church, and working part-time as a receptionist at a Chiropractic office.
Cherise joined the Omni Team in 2016. Her first experience with Omni was when her daughter completed Vision Therapy.

Cherise moved to the Monticello, MN area in 2000 from Saskatchewan, Canada. Outside Omni Cherise enjoys spending time with her husband Skipp, and three daughters; Abby, Elle, and Izzy, as well as her church community.
Abby has worked at Omni as a vision therapist since 2016.

I’m so glad I get to work in a clinic that helps people become the best versions of themselves. I continue to learn something new every day and it’s amazing to recognize that we can change someone’s world. I love seeing my patients succeed in their visual and life skills and helping make their everyday lives better for the future.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, drawing, painting, photography, videography, singing and reading.
I enjoy welcoming all patients as they walk through the door and getting to know them more with each visit. I like assisting patients with scheduling, billing, and other various office duties. Omni has the best staff to work with and that makes each day fun and exciting!
Outside of Omni, I like to do crafts, shop, go on walks at the community center, go to historical places, travel, watch movies and most importantly spend time with my husband Connor and our two little girls Macie and Lacie.
